When are new products released?

We’re passionate about bring the best products from each featured country to our online store. Because each country and collection is different we cannot place a specific time that a next country will be available. If you want to stay updated on new releases you can sign up for our newsletter.

I saw a product on the store but now it’s not available, can I back order it?

Unfortunately, because each item is unique to that country, we only have a limited amount and cannot backorder products or replenish our inventory.

I recently purchased a product but decided I didn’t want it, what is Passporter’s return policy?

Because we are a small company and only have a limited amount of items we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on products we sell.

Can we mix-and-match different item’s we’d like in a box?

Our boxes are prepackaged featuring a collection of items handpicked by us, we currently do not allow customization of our boxed items.
